The period for public submission of objections to the project has closed. A final decision will not be made until after the requirements of 36 CFR 218.12, Timing of Project Decision, have been met.

The period for public submission of objections to the project has closed. A final decision will not be made until after the requirements of 36 CFR 218.12, Timing of Project Decision, have been met.

Per the regulations at 36 CFR 218.26(b), the Reviewing Officer has extended the time to respond to objections by 30 days in order to provide adequate response to objections.
