Marsh Peak Allotment Boundary Adjustment #62368

We are proposing to adjust the boundaries of the closed Marsh Peak Allotment to facilitate and improve livestock management on the neighboring Lake Mountain and Black Canyon Allotments.

We have completed a draft decision notice to adjust the boundaries around the Marsh Peak Allotment, as well as allow grazing in the Lakeshore Basin Allotment, to facilitate and improve livestock management in the neighboring Lake Mountain and Black Canyon Allotments. This project is subject to the pre-decisional administrative review process outlined in Title 36 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 218, Subparts A and B. The responsible official will not make a final decision until after the requirements of 36 CFR 218.12, Timing of Project Decision, have been met.
