Snowmass Winter Evening Activities Project #43048

Proposed action is to approve temporary nightime winter activities at the Elk Camp lodge. It also proposes new activities and infrastructure including a 500' long tubing area and surface lift, 15 permanent lighting towers, and snowcat tours.
