NFGT has prepared an EIS to analyze effects of identifying areas available for Federal oil and gas leasing and associated stipulations.

NFGT has prepared an EIS to analyze effects of identifying areas available for oil and gas lease considering stipulations.   An initial Notice of Intent published in the Federal Register on August 27, 2019.   An additional/revised Notice of Intent published on April 23, 2026.  Additionally, comments were requested from Federal, State, Local, and Tribal Agencies.
