Tony Mine Plan of Operations #66140

A proposal to approve a Plan of Operations for mining-related activities that would be conducted on National Forest System lands administered by the Dillon Ranger District of the White River National Forest.

The USDA Forest Service is conducting an analysis of the proposed Tony Mine Plan of Operations project located in the Middle Fork of the Swan River drainage on the Dillon Ranger District of the White River National Forest. The project location is legally described as portions of Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 76 West, Summit County, Colorado, 6^th Principal Meridian.

The proposed action is to conditionally approve a plan of operations to conduct mining-related activities on National Forest System lands in search of locatable mineral deposits on unpatented mining claims associated with the Tony Mine and are all under BLM claims to the same operator.
