Dear Supervisor Brazell: Please do not jeopardize the Recommended Wilderness Status for the Great Burn area. I have visited and recreated in the GB since the 1960's and have always felt it should have wilderness status. I have been very dismayed when the Wilderness status was vetoed and also dismayed at the encroachment by illegal motorized use. Please do not rewarded illegal use as provided in Option B. This is a very beautiful, sensitive ecosystem providing seclusion and peace to both rare wildlife and people desiring a quiet respite. It's rugged, spectacular landscape, it's pure water, its seclusion and quiet for wildlife and man call for it's wilderness designation! For these reasons, please select Option A and save the quiet and beauty that future generations deserve to enjoy. Sincerely, Randall Kappes Box 1244 Lolo, MT 59847
