Dear Mr. Schwartz:

Please insist upon a thorough environmental
impact before approving such a potentially 
damaging process for this sensitive area.
In a severe drought, using precious water to
enhance oil production is not feasible.
No one still knows what how fracking  affects
porous formations or if our water reserves
will be polluted for years to come. This is
not the time to approve this until much more research has been done.
