Dear Mr. Schwartz:

I'm writing to urge you to allow reasonable access to the resources, such as oil development, in our public lands.  I believe that "fracking" and any other technique that facilitates extraction of hydrocarbons in a reasonable way should be encouraged.

I urge the Forest Service to prepare a full Environmental Impact Statement before approving any fracking operations in Los Padres National Forest. Thank you for your efforts to protect our forest and surrounding communities.
