Dear Mr. Schwartz:

As a tax-paying citizen and a resident of Ventura (CA) county, I desire the fullest practical EIR on any hydrolic fracturing that's proposed for public lands, including the Los Padres National Forest. 

The consequences of using the "fracking" method can be devastating and irreversible. With that in mind, short-term benefits are minor.
