I have submitted comments on the WRNF DEIS to this e-mail address.  I believe that I sent you 2 emails, the first was my comments and the second, sent immediately after, included my required identifying information.  I would like to be certain that you have received and accepted my comments.

I had made comments on a previous opportunity and was dismayed to find my name missing (in the DEIS) from the list of persons who submitted comments previously.
