The 30-day comment period on this project ended July 5, 2024. The 45-day objection period ended February 24, 2025. Anyone wishing to request interested person status to participate in the objection resolution process must file a request no later than 10 days after the publication date of the "Notice of Objections Filed and Opportunity to Request Interested Person Status," which published in the Vernal Express on March 5, 2025. People may file interested person requests starting March 6, 2025 (the day after publication of the legal notice).
