It was previously announced that an extension until January 6th, 2025 was granted for response to objections. On December 20th, 2024, the Reviewing Officer responded to objectors, concluding the pre-decisional administrative review (objection) process.

The only objections that will be accepted are those that meet the requirements in 36 CFR 218 Subparts A and B.

Before submitting an objection, keep in mind:

• Objections can only be accepted from individual and entities that have previously submitted timely, specific written comments regarding the project.
• Issues raised in objections must be based on previously submitted written comments, unless based on new information arising after designated opportunities for comment.
• Additional requirements for filing an objection can be found in the Legal Notice of Opportunity to Object.
