How to Object and Timeframe
Objections must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on 05/03/21 (PST). Objections will only be accepted from those who submitted project-specific written comments during scoping or other designated comment periods. Issues raised in objections must be based on previously submitted comments, unless based on new information arising after the designated comment periods.
At a minimum, objections MUST include: 1) name, address, and telephone; 2) signature or other verification of authorship (scanned signature in an email); 3) when multiple names are listed, identification of the lead objector; 4) project name, William Jackson, Forest Supervisor, and Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit; 5) how the environmental analysis or draft decision specifically violates law, regulation, or policy, and suggested remedies to resolve your objections; and, 6) description of the connection between your objections and your prior comments.
