The Forest Supervisor has approved the use of an Emergency Action Determination under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Section 40807 for Fuels and Forest Health for this project. Projects approved for use of emergency action determination are exempt from the project-level pre-decisional administrative review (objections) at 36 CFR 218. Therefore, there will be no objection process for this project.
