The District has completed the final Cala-Wiley Environmental Assessment and draft Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact. It is now available for the 45-day objection period.The project is subject to pre-decisional administrative review pursuant to 36 CFR 218, Subpart A and B. The 45-day objection period begins the day following publication of notice of objection in the Eugene- Register Guard, the newspaper of record. Objections must meet the requirements of 36 CFR 218.2. During the objection period, only individuals or organizations that submitted specific written comments (36 CFR 218.2) during a designated opportunity for public participation (scoping; the comment period; or public meetings) may object (36 CFR 218.5). Objections must meet the requirements of 36 CFR 218.2.
