The Decision Notice for this project was signed on December 20, 2024. As per 36 CFR 218.12, this decision can be implemented immediately.
This project was subject to the pre-decisional objection process pursuant to 36 CFR 218, subparts A and B. One objection letter was received during the objections period. It expressed support for the Peerless Transportation and Vegetation Project and was set aside because it did not object to specific aspects of the project (per 36 CFR 218.8(d)(5)).
