The Cedar City Ranger District of the Dixie National Forest has completed the Final Environmental Assessment and the Draft Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact for the Castle Valley Project. The Legal Notice of Opportunity to Object the Draft Decision Notice has been published in The Spectrum, the newspaper of record.
