Objections will only be accepted from those who have previously submitted timely and specific written regarding the proposed project/activity during the opportunity for public comment. Objections must be submitted within 45 calendar days starting the day after publication in the newspaper of record. The time period for the opportunity to object shall not be extended. It is the responsibly of the sender to ensure timely receipt of any objections submitted. If the objection filing period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, objections will be accepted until the end of the next Federal working day.
