The proposed project is subject to the pre-decisional objection process pursuant to 36 CFR 218 Subparts A and B.
The opportunity to object to the draft decision ends 45 days following the date of publication of this legal notice. Objections will be accepted only from those who have previously submitted specific, timely written comments regarding the proposed project during scoping or other designated opportunities for public comment. Issues raised in objections must be based on previously submitted timely, specific written comments regarding the proposed project unless based on new information arising after designated comment opportunities 36 CFR 218.8(c).
Objections must be filed to the reviewing officer in writing. Hand-delivered objections must be received within normal business hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Fridays, closed on Federal holidays. Objections may be submitted online by following the link above to the project webpage. Select the “comment/object to project” button to enter your objection. Objections received in response to this solicitation, including names and addresses of those who comment, will be considered part of the public record for this project. Your objections should contain the following: 1.) Name, address, and (if possible) telephone number 2.) Title of the proposal on which objection is being submitted 3.) A description of those aspects of the proposed action that the objector takes issue with 4.) Suggested remedies.
