The purpose and need of the project is to respond to Brigham City’s request to relocate a portion of transmission line from private land onto National Forest System Lands.
The 7-day scoping period on the Proposed Action, Reliance on Analysis, and Draft Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact (DN and FONSI) represents an opportunity for the public to provide comments on the project.
