The draft decision includes the construction of a single lattice style communication tower (and associated facilities), designed to accommodate collocation by other users including Federal, State, local government, and commercial carriers. The draft decision also includes the issuance of a special use authorization (for up to 30years) for AT&T to construct, operate, and maintain the telecommunication facility. The project requires project-level Forest Plan amendments and exceptions to some visual quality standards and guidelines. Notices of objection must meet the requirements of 36 CFR 218.8. Objections must be postmarked or received by the Objection Reviewing Officer within 45 days following f publication of this legal notice.
