A Notice of Availability (NOA) for the 45-day comment public period for this project was published in the Federal Register on April 7, 2023. The 45-day comment period for this FEIS and draft ROD began on the date of publication of the NOA in the Federal Register. Those wishing to object should not rely on dates or timeframe information provided by any other source.
Objections, including attachments, must be postmarked or delivered within 45 days of publication of the NOA in the Federal Register. It is the responsibility of the objector to submit them by the close of the comment period and ensure that their comments have been received. Issues raised in objections must be based on previously submitted specific written comments regarding the proposed project or activity and attributed to the objector, unless the issue is based on new information that arose after the opportunities for comment. Objections must meet all requirements described in 36 CFR 218.8. Objections received in response to this solicitation, including names and address of objectors, will be considered part of the public record for this project, available for public inspection, and released if requested under the Freedom of Information Act.
